Terms of Service

Red Rabbit ("Service", "Platform", "we") is software for analyzing behavioral responses using artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Service owner: RedRabbit Technologies LLC (Delaware, USA).

Red Rabbit analyzes micro-expressions, voice, oculomotor responses and other behavioral signals through the user's device camera and microphone. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Red Rabbit is NOT a medical device, NOT a certified polygraph and does NOT provide legally binding conclusions. Analysis results are for INFORMATIONAL and ENTERTAINMENT purposes ONLY. Results CANNOT be used as evidence in court, for employment decisions, or as a medical/psychological diagnosis.

3.1. The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for particular purposes. 3.2. We do NOT guarantee the accuracy of analysis results. Results are based on statistical models and may contain errors. 3.3. We are NOT responsible for any decisions made based on analysis results. 3.4. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee for the current period.

4.1. Users MUST obtain explicit consent from each person before conducting analysis. 4.2. It is prohibited to conduct analysis without the subject's knowledge and consent. 4.3. Analysis of minors (under 18) is prohibited without parental consent. 4.4. The user bears full responsibility for obtaining consent and for the legality of using the Service in their jurisdiction.

5.1. Video and audio data are processed locally on the user's device (edge processing) and are NOT transmitted to our servers. 5.2. Only numerical results (scores), text labels (flags), and session metadata are transmitted to servers. 5.3. We do NOT store video or audio recordings of sessions. 5.4. It is prohibited to: • Use results as legal evidence • Conduct analysis without subject consent • Analyze minors without parental consent • Use for discrimination based on race, gender, religion • Use for blackmail or threats • Attempt to hack or bypass the system • Resell access to the Service

7.1. Free plan includes limited demo access. 7.2. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. 7.3. Cancellation is possible at any time. Access remains until the end of the paid period. 7.4. Refunds: within 14 days of first payment if the service was not used.

All algorithms, formulas, design and code of Red Rabbit are intellectual property of RedRabbit Technologies LLC. US provisional patent applications filed with the USPTO.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email.

10.1. Session recordings (video, PDF reports) are stored LOCALLY on the user's device. The Service does not store session content on its servers (ephemeral processing). 10.2. The user chooses the retention policy in settings: delete immediately after the session, auto-delete after a set number of days, or keep indefinitely. 10.3. Responsibility for storing, protecting and sharing these materials rests entirely with the user. 10.4. Since recordings never reach our servers, we cannot recover lost materials.
